I have years of experience developing data analysis, data processing and data handling solutions in multiple programming languages. My daily work is focused on using Python for data analysis and coaching and mentoring analysts in the use of Python and other programming languages.

I am the previous Chairman for the Python Education Summit (PES) at the Annual Python Conference (PyCon) and currently serve on the Committee.

In the local community, I founded (with a lot of help from my friends) PyHawaii, the Premier Python User Group in Hawaii.

I have 20+ years of teaching and mentoring experience in programming, computer science,  Cyber Patriots, FIRST robotics, Boy Scouts, religious studies and other technical and non-technical topics one-on-one and in club, business and collegiate settings for youth and adults.
